Our founder, Iram Ahmad, is an interior designer influenced by poetry, faith, family, and her South Asian heritage. As a New Jersey native and longtime Northern Virginia local, she understands that homeowners often balance demanding schedules with a desire for a beautiful home. By listening to the traditions, rituals, and stories that define each client’s life, she creates spaces that feel unmistakably personal.

Every project begins with a quick 15-minute conversation. We learn about your lifestyle, walk your space, discuss your goals, and explore what you want your home to feel like. Next, we’ll meet for an in-home consultation to determine the scope of your project, expectations, and whether we’re a good fit.
With a clear direction, we build a cohesive concept that reflects your story, routines, and aspirations. We detail color, texture, layout, and flow, while guiding you through choices that support your vision. This phase also includes preliminary budget considerations for informed decision-making.
Once the concept is in place, we prepare a complete design plan. You will review detailed floor plans, layouts, selections, and 3D renderings if needed. This phase shows you the exact materials, colors, and furnishings incorporated into your design, making it easy to picture your finished space.
After approval, we manage the details. We coordinate ordering, deliveries, contractors, and installation. As each piece comes together, the design takes shape, leading to a finished space that reflects your life and the way you want to feel at home.
